What Working Together Looks Like
Therapy with me isn’t a set script or a clinical checklist.
I work from Person-Centred (PCT), Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment (ACT) approaches shaping our sessions around you, sometimes we slow down to make sense of what may feel heavy and other times we focus on practical strategies you may use.
Whatever direction we take, I bring warmth, clarity and honesty.
Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”, It’s about being supported, respected and exploring at your own pace.
“What matters most to me is connection that feels real. When someone feels truly understood, change begins.”
I know starting therapy can feel daunting. The most powerful part of therapy isn’t the theory – it’s the connection and when you feel genuinely understood and valued that’s when real change begins: no jargon, no hidden agendas.
Some people come with clear goals, while others simply want a safe space to breathe and reflect, both are valid and both have their place. Over time, my clients often describe therapy as a process that helped them feel more themselves and more empowered and that’s what I hope to offer you.
Whether you are seeking counselling in Christchurch or online therapy across the UK, our sessions are tailored around what matters most to you.
Many people find it useful to read more about mental health support through organisations such as Mind or the NHS.
